A VCD can be played in a number of ways;

First, the most obvious would be the VCD player available online.

Second, most DVD players will play VCD*.

Third, most multimedia computers that are fast enough will allow you to play the files on a VCD.

If the raw mpeg file would be more beneficial to you then that can be arranged vary easily.

*Some DVD players say they will play VCD's but not all will properly do so!
